Job Description:

This is a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start in Moorabbin. The successful candidate will work on-site, without hybrid arrangements.

The role involves strengthening the organization through strategic recruitment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Executive Manager Employee Services and Managing Director in the initial selection process for new employees
  • Identifying, screening, and completing the recruitment process for various roles across business units

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Meeting the company's long-term recruitment needs with a focus on talent strategy
  • Implementing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of potential applicants
  • Reviewing incoming resumes and responding promptly
  • Registering and reviewing applications, reporting monthly applicant numbers
  • Writing effective interview summaries
  • Managing recruitment processes, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services from providers
  • Updating Position Descriptions as necessary
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and professional networks
  • Coordinating interviews with candidates and relevant personnel
  • Participating in the interview process
  • Completing reference checks and arranging police checks when required
About You:

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment is required, along with working knowledge of human resources.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Certification in HR would be advantageous
  • Experience in building services or allied industries
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
