Corporate Communications Manager

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to join our team at Jenny Barbour IT & Project Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing stakeholder engagement and communication plans as part of holistic change management for prioritized initiatives on our enterprise roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and delivering change communication and engagement plans in complex organizational environments. You will work closely with other change resources to ensure that stakeholders are identified and an engagement and communications plan is in place to support the adoption and embedment of any changes associated with assigned projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support change initiatives
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify stakeholder needs and develop effective communication strategies
- Design and deliver engaging communication materials and activities to promote change awareness and adoption
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication plans and make recommendations for improvement
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in corporate communications or a related field
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Able to craft clear, compelling communications tailored to various audiences
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
