About the Role

As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll support our Engineering team by performing administrative tasks, maintaining compliance, and ensuring relevant documentation is accurate and accessible. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organize timely servicing of non-technical service providers
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on plan adherence, capturing all works completed by in-house trades and external service providers
  • Raise purchasing orders for spare parts and purchase requisitions for the engineering and maintenance team
  • Review and update min and max quantities to ensure the right level of spares is kept on site, updating SAP as required
  • Process goods receipts and associated invoices for maintenance and capex

What We Need

We're looking for a candidate with tertiary education or higher, previous experience with document control systems, strong computer skills in Microsoft and CMMS (SAP preferred), and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be a strong team player with good planning skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
