Job Description: We are seeking a skilled HCM functional consultant to help customers overcome HR technology challenges and drive high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, engage customers to understand business requirements, share their broad experience with industry practices, and adapt and succeed independently in challenging situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday configurations
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience
  • Workday Certification in HCM and at least one of the following: Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Learning
  • Additional experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, and/or Oracle is a bonus
  • Ability to influence, interact, and collaborate with senior leaders internally and externally
  • Capable of leading and influencing design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with global implementations is preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
