Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to provide expert support for SAP HR, ensuring smooth Human Capital Management (HCM) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing functional support for SAP HR, addressing incidents and resolving issues promptly.
  • Implementing configuration changes to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Monitoring HR workflows for efficiency and compliance.
  • Supporting payroll applications, including payroll processing, master data queries, and reporting.
  • Creating and managing wage types in SAP HR.
  • Assisting with workforce planning tasks, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
  • Training staff on SAP HR functionalities, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR processes.
  • Staying updated on SAP HR best practices and trends to enhance support services.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field, along with experience in HCM functional support, especially with SAP HR. Essential skills include technical expertise in SAP HR, knowledge of HR compliance, and excellent communication skills. Additional preferred qualifications include SAP HR certification, experience in large organizations, and strong analytical abilities.
