Estimating Team Lead - Sales

The role of the Estimating Team Lead is a critical position within our Operations team. As an integral member, you will work closely with the Sales Estimating Manager to drive key performance indicators and oversee the quality and accuracy of estimates.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong leadership qualities, analytical and efficient problem-solving abilities, and excellent computer skills with proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office Products.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in a similar role in the Construction industry, preferably with a high volume builder. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' Sales Estimating experience and be able to manage team KPIs and workflow requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team KPIs and workflow requirements
  • Review and improve estimate quality and accuracy
  • Provide advice and assistance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Minimise margin erosion during estimating phase
