Sales Estimating Team Director

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated Estimating Team Leader to join our Operations team. We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong leadership and analytical skills to manage our Sales Estimating team.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Sales Estimating Manager to drive team performance.
- Review and provide guidance on the quality and accuracy of sales estimates.
- Monitor workflow requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize estimating processes to minimize margin erosion.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Construction industry (desired).
- Minimum 3-5 years' sales estimating experience with a high-volume builder.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain consistently high standards.
- Proficiency in construction-related software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
