Key Roles and Responsibilities

This organisation is a high growth residential developer and builder operating in multiple states with a strong focus on growing their retail housing business.

The Sales Estimator will be responsible for the preparation of sales estimates from tender to finalisation, ensuring all tenders, contracts, and variations are accurately completed, investigating and resolving issues to produce price quotations, obtaining quotes and pricing from suppliers and maintaining registers, and working closely with the sales team.

The role involves ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively by maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Preparation of Sales Estimates:
