Hotel Operations Manager

Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the hotel Front Office operation, ensuring a reputation as a market leader in individualised customer-focused service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the Front Office team to achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Ensure accurate and efficient room allocations and check-in/check-out processes.
- Drive sales and marketing targets within the Front Office team.
- Utilise the Front Office system to produce accurate reports and meet operational needs.
- Supervise lobby services to ensure efficient guest arrivals and departures.
- Liaise with Maintenance to ensure maintenance requests are completed quickly.
- Operate an effective night audit function, receivables, and reporting.
- Prepare Front Office recurring reports and comment on key performance indicators.
- Support Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Ensure public areas are clean and well-presented.
- Adhere to WHS and Compliance procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Front Office management role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
