The role involves providing administrative support, attending client meetings, engaging with clients, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the firm's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client enquiries, providing exceptional service via phone and email.
  • Maintain and update client records through XPLAN.
  • Attend client meetings and manage file notes.
  • Develop financial advice strategies, including financial modelling.
  • Create annual review documents and strategies after consulting with clients.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • You must be well-presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You should possess excellent listening skills, demonstrating an understanding of client needs.
  • You should have an analytical approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
  • You should have intermediate MS Office skills.
  • You are a recent graduate or someone looking to kickstart their career, or a Client Service Officer looking to progress.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Randstad offers a competitive benefits package, including equal employment opportunities and diversity support.
