Garden Maintenance Team Leader Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our garden maintenance team in Sydney. As the Garden Maintenance Team Leader / Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of garden maintenance professionals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in garden maintenance, with leadership or crew leader experience preferred. You will be passionate about horticulture and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a team of garden maintenance professionals.
  • Participate in a range of tasks including hedging, pruning, trimming, weeding, mowing, edging, and spraying.
  • E nsure the timely completion of daily tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in garden maintenance.
  • Leadership or crew leader experience preferred.
  • Passion for horticulture and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team by example.
  • Drivers license and proficiency in driving a manual vehicle and towing a trailer.
  • Willingness to obtain a Police check and Working with Children Certificate.
