**Horticulture Leader Position**

This role involves overseeing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We require a skilled Horticulturist to assist with garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance staff in garden maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to enhance their horticultural skills.
  • Inspect garden areas to assess their condition and identify improvements needed.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or equivalent experience.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
