About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and dealer support through effective after-sales services. Your primary objective will be to comprehend the campervan sales market's requirements and develop strategies to meet these objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handling warranty claims efficiently and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Providing exceptional customer care and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with dealers to optimize stock holdings and lead times effectively.
- Managing parts orders, distribution, and backorders with precision.
- Implementing process improvements and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
This full-time position demands a highly motivated individual with at least five years of experience in aftersales/service advisor/parts industry and strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in technical knowledge of campervans, motorhomes, and caravans is essential, along with expertise in parts management systems.
