Our fleet consists of over 3,000 vehicles, and our platform hosts campervans and motorhomes of individual and professional owners. We aim to become the world's No.1 road trip provider by expanding vertically and geographically.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and taking ownership of issues that need to be managed. This includes handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and taking care of check-ins and check-outs;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cleaning of campervans;
  • Maintenance and monitoring of campervans in top condition and troubleshooting maintenance and repairing needs;
  • Registration of guests, monitoring stock, and processing payments;
  • Handling complaints and emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Aptitude for direct contact with customers, preferably with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and confidence to drive a campervan;
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Responsibility and reliability;
  • Good organisation and problem-solving skills.
