About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive national growth and sales culture, empowering individuals to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives.

The ideal candidate will lead market leading initiatives, building and managing processes for relationship management, nurturing and converting business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders, and onboarding clients while ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and contributing to market leading national growth and sales culture
  • Developing and implementing strategies for relationship management and business development
  • Fostering strong partnerships with funding bodies and relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinating client onboarding and service delivery with operations and support divisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development within the community disability sector
  • Adept understanding of NDIS, Disability, and Aged Care sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and autonomously
