Transformation Expert Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Expert to play a key role in delivering successful business transformation outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leading projects/programs involving business and/or technology transformation, preferably within the financial services sector.

  • A strategic approach to critical problem-solving is essential for this role.
  • Management consulting experience gained through a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong capabilities in understanding business operations, sales, service, and marketing transformation, and the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical/business concepts clearly and confidently to both internal and external stakeholders are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of complex transformation programs and contributing to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals, and managing key relationships.
  • Assisting clients with the implementation of business growth strategies, customer experience design, digital transformation, cost reduction initiatives, process optimisation, and operating model design.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects/programs involving business and/or technology transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Certifications or qualifications in a relevant field, such as management consulting or IT project management, would be an advantage.
