Job Title: Windows 10 Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upgrade virtual desktop instances from Windows 10 to Windows 11
  • Plan, track, and report progress to management
  • Engage vendors, script, or use migration tools creatively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and users to ensure smooth migration
  • Assist with change management and prepare change requests
  • Maintain an issues register, identify risks and issues impacting the project
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment
  • Able to manage timelines, track progress, and coordinate team efforts
  • Strong communication skills, including written updates
  • Experience deploying applications with SCCM or similar tools preferred
  • Powershell scripting experience favorable
  • Experience with virtual desktop environments, VMware, or similar technologies preferred
  • Solid technical background in Windows 10 desktop operating systems
  • Ability to perform bare-metal builds using SCCM, Intune, or similar
  • Facilitation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
