About the Role:

This is a 12-month parental leave cover for a senior product development professional in the indirect team at a leading employment marketplace platform.

The indirect product team is responsible for products used by hirers who access the platform's employment marketplace using third-party applicant tracking systems, such as Workday and JobAdder.

Hirers are significant corporates, recruiters, and government departments across APAC, offering considerable opportunity for growth.

We're looking for a senior product development professional to oversee our key indirect job posting initiatives and contribute to building and rolling out the new indirect strategy to ensure we're equipped to evolve in response to the changing ATS landscape and realize our vision for the future indirect user experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Own a product portfolio touching multiple customer segments including corporates, government, and recruiters.
  • Deliver key metrics/outcomes around the performance of our ad products.
  • Deliver rationale for new initiatives/product features with a focus on customer value and strategic fit.
  • Actively manage and engage stakeholders across the product stream and business to ensure all relevant strategic/customer problems are evaluated and prioritized.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand the direction/outcomes the products are driving through clear communication and alignment efforts.
  • Work closely with our partner relationship/integrations team to ensure product market fit and successful rollout of new products.
  • Keep across emerging industry/competitor trends that inform how we can bring new value to partners/customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Considerable experience in online/software product management ideally at a marketplace/SaaS company.
  • Customer-centric in approach, with strong capacity to understand market/strategic drivers.
  • Proven ability to solve complex/detailed problems using analytical/data-driven approach, with strong judgement/decision-making capability skills.
  • Strategic thinker able to dive into details when necessary.
  • Able to influence/persuade senior stakeholders/build/maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Well-developed communication/presentation interpersonal skills.
