Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Henderson Healthcare. The successful candidate will provide essential mental health support to young people (12-25 years) experiencing early psychosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Assessments and Provide Clinical Interventions
  • Deliver Youth-Friendly, Culturally Sensitive Care
  • Work with Families to Ensure Safety and Care Planning
  • Participate in Community Events and Continuous Quality Improvement
  • Maintain High-Quality Records
Requirements
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification and 1+ Years' Experience in a Health-Related Field
  • Registered with AHPRA or Relevant Professional Body
  • Experience with Mental Health Assessments, Risk Management, and Evidence-Based Treatments
  • Passion for Working with Young People, Including Aboriginal Youth, in a Culturally Sensitive Manner
  • Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated at $83,929 - $95,450.26 per annum + Super (11.5%) + Salary Packaging Option and 5 Weeks Annual Leave.
