Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cloud migration and infrastructure uplift initiatives.

The successful candidate will be hands-on in implementing and configuring secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environments, collaborating closely with technical leads and project teams to deliver technical solutions that align with enterprise standards and business needs.

This role involves building Azure infrastructure, configuring landing zones, managing security services, and supporting migration activities while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with our security and privacy standards.

You will join our dynamic team within the Enterprise Transformation Division, based in Geelong. Our team is dedicated to delivering strategic priorities through innovative technology solutions that optimise client outcomes, enhance employee experience, and create positive community impact.

About the Role
  • Delivering Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience delivering large-scale or enterprise-level cloud infrastructure using Terraform and PowerShell/ Azure CLI.
  • Security & Compliance Focus: Demonstrated ability to configure and manage Azure security services (e.g., Defender, Policy, Sentinel) and deliver compliant cloud environments aligned with enterprise policies.
  • Collaboration and Problem Solving: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, paired with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues in multidisciplinary teams.
