About the Role:

As a Cloud & M365 Architect, you will be responsible for the architecture and technical direction of the organization's Microsoft technology environment. Leading the development and maintenance of the Microsoft Platform Roadmap, you will ensure all Microsoft-based initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals and digital strategy. Collaborating with project teams, you will design integrated, secure, and scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value, enabling a high-performing culture and better client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Microsoft Platform Roadmap, aligning technology plans with strategic objectives.
  • Provide architectural oversight across the Microsoft Program of Work, ensuring seamless integration of Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365) across projects.
  • Define technology standards, governance, and best practices, ensuring solutions comply with architecture principles.
  • Guide cloud adoption frameworks, multi-cloud integration, and ensure hybrid and multi-cloud interoperability.
  • Mentor and develop solution architects, fostering team growth and capability.
  • Design secure, scalable cloud solutions that deliver business value and support future-proof, flexible solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to communicate architectural vision and adjust plans as per business needs.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure and M365, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe).
  • Expertise in designing scalable, secure cloud solutions with knowledge of microservices, APIs, DevOps, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven leadership in guiding technical teams, influencing project outcomes, and facilitating design workshops.
  • Ability to develop strategic technology roadmaps that align with business objectives, delivering incremental project value.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with C-level executives and stakeholders, balancing innovation with cost considerations.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver architecture that results in tangible business improvements, including increased efficiency, enhanced security, and cost savings.
