As a delivery team member, you'll engage with clients, focusing on key stakeholders at the C-Suite level. You'll work closely with project management and oversight teams to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and in scope.

To maximize value for our clients, you'll deliver expert advice and technological solutions tailored to their business needs.

We're looking for driven and hard-working individuals who possess excellent communication skills. Each project comes with unique challenges requiring adaptability and creativity.

  • Understand the client's business and how technology integrates with them
  • Attend implementation meetings with the team
  • Lead data gathering and ensure the client is utilizing best practices
  • Set up essential systems to meet best practice
  • Work out of a centralized office at least one-two days per week
  • Report regularly to key stakeholders on project progress
  • Contribute to all phases of project delivery
  • Develop expertise in our project delivery methodology
  • Deliver comprehensive solutions by engaging in requirements gathering, documentation, system buildout, testing, and end-user training
  • Regularly communicate with senior executives and functional leaders to ensure project alignment and success
  • Gain proficiency in technology and its capabilities
  • Identify non-standard business processes and recommend effective solutions
  • Assist clients in designing and implementing their enterprise architecture
  • Participate in the design, build, and testing of integrations between clients' business systems
  • Provide ongoing support for integration projects to ensure long-term client success
