Our delivery team plays a key role in our business, engaging with clients while focusing on key stakeholders at the C-Suite level. Working closely with internal project management and oversight teams ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in scope.

Commitment Expectations

• Gain a thorough understanding of the business and how NetSuite works with the client
• Attend all implementation meetings with the team
• Lead the gathering of required data
• Ensure the client runs NetSuite according to best practices
• Configure the MJC and Suite Projects modules according to best practices
• Work from our Corio office at least one-two days per week (hours to be determined) to maintain project momentum
• Report regularly to key stakeholders on project progress
• Contribute to all phases of NetSuite implementation, including requirements gathering, documentation, buildout, validation/demos, testing, and user training
• Develop expertise in our project delivery methodology and ensure its effective application
• Deliver comprehensive solutions by engaging in requirements gathering, documentation, system buildout, testing, and end-user training
• Regularly communicate with senior executives and functional leaders to ensure project alignment and success
• Gain proficiency in the NetSuite application, its capabilities, and industry-standard business practices
• Identify non-standard business processes and recommend effective solutions
• Assist clients in designing and implementing their enterprise architecture
• Participate in the design, build, and testing of integrations between clients' business systems
• Provide ongoing support for integration projects to ensure long-term client success
