- Utilise facility request systems to address tenant needs promptly.">
Requirements

- A trade qualification in electrical, mechanical engineering, or plumbing, or significant experience in a similar role.">
- A strong understanding of retail asset complexities and extensive shopping centre management experience.">
- A valid driver's license and solid knowledge of facilities management principles, best practices, compliance requirements, and building systems.">
