Our Finance Officer will maintain the Fixed Asset System to provide accurate, valuable, and timely information for live project tracking and informed decision-making. As a team member in Accounting Operations, they will ensure compliance with internal policies and embrace transformation to continually improve Fixed Asset and Payables processes.


This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong planning and organizational skills to achieve objectives within set timeframes. They will be a collaborative team player, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:



  • Record and track newly acquired assets and projects.
  • Calculate and record depreciation for all fixed assets.
  • Regularly update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
  • Handle valuations and retirement of assets where required.
  • Prepare and support the annual audit related to fixed asset.
  • Ensure alignment with global fixed asset policy.
  • Oversee and handle all building-related maintenance and tenancy.

Requirements:



  • Highly effective skills with Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
  • Strong collaborator with adaptable, clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for accuracy, resulting in high-quality work outcomes.
  • Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
