Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Executive to join our Lifecycle Marketing Team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive user adoption.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality content that communicates the value of SafetyCulture's products and services to diverse audiences. This includes crafting emails, in-app messages, and other communications that resonate with customers at every stage of their journey.
Your expertise will also be applied to architecting strong marketing journeys that articulate the benefits of our technology platform and products. You will work collaboratively with lifecycle experts to design and implement data-driven marketing strategies that drive positive outcomes.
Requirements- Good experience with communications at scale, ensuring customers receive relevant information at the right time
- Outstanding writing skills, generating content that drives engagement and conversion
- Versatility and flexibility in adapting marketing tactics to different geographies, industries, personas, and use cases
- Able to analyze data to inform marketing decisions and build complex customer segments

- Passion for learning and working with new technologies
- Experience using Email platforms (e.g., Braze, Hubspot) or similar tools
- Some HTML experience or a willingness to learn
- Key point of execution for the lifecycle marketing team, supporting content production and campaign execution
- Creating engaging content that simplifies complex concepts, technology updates, and product features
- Partnering with lifecycle experts to design and implement marketing journeys and strategies
- Building, coordinating, and scheduling lifecycle communications and campaigns across channels
- Analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting the broader Lifecycle team on key business initiatives
- Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
