About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists within the University of New South Wales' Division of Societal Impact, Equity and Engagement to appoint a skilled Digital Content Strategist. This newly created position will play a crucial role in driving transformative education and innovative research initiatives across the university.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with the university's mission and vision.
  • Design and create engaging, user-centric digital experiences that drive consideration and conversion for UNSW programs and faculties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
  • Analyse data and insights to inform content development and optimise channel performance.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including faculty members, marketing leads, and subject matter experts, to ensure content meets their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in digital communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a content producer or designer in a digital team, creative agency, or content team.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and Figma.
  • Experience producing digital content for enterprise-level content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of students, staff, and external stakeholders.
