Account Assistant

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about integrated media and creative campaigns.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting project management of paid media and integrated campaigns;
  • Working closely with Account Managers and Directors to deliver account management excellence;
  • Assisting in day-to-day client communications across multiple accounts;
  • Helping to prepare campaign documents, reports, and presentations;
  • Drafting and refining creative briefs and collating client feedback for the creative team;
  • Assisting with PCR reporting and gathering actionable insights;
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep clients and teams aligned;
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams (paid media, creative, content and PR & earned) to ensure seamless workflow;

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements
  • Agency experience essential - at least 6-12 months across social, digital, creative or integrated agency;
  • Exposure to media account management (briefing, timelines, client servicing basics);
  • An understanding of multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, creative and earned is a bonus;
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail;
