About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at SYC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Human Resources team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and programs.
    • Manage and develop the Human Resources team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
    • Manage complex employee complaints, grievances, and workplace investigations.
  • HR Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the administration of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Business Partnerships and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.
    • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in leadership and management roles.
    • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
