We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Qest Human Resources. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing client relationships, and overseeing project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an RPC environment
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Suite and project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
