About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative and Human Resources Manager to join the team at Woodforde Group. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and executive team, as well as managing day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage schedules, coordinate travel, and prepare reports
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team
- Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Manage office budgets and monitor expenses
- Human Resources
- Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Administer HR information systems
- Other Responsibilities
- Assist with arranging staff events
- Assist with ad-hoc project support and administration
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
We are looking for an experienced Administrative and Human Resources Manager who is able to hit the ground running. You will have a tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline, and have a strong understanding of employee relations and HR policies and procedures.
