Senior Escalation Manager

Splunk Inc is seeking a seasoned Senior Escalation Manager to join our Global Support team. This exciting opportunity requires an individual with exceptional leadership and technical expertise to drive resolution of high-profile issues within our SPIE team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, developing strategic recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to restore customer confidence in Splunk products.
We are looking for an experienced professional with 8+ years of industry relevant experience and proven track record in leading technical responses, advising senior leadership, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical responses with support and engineering partners, developing response plans and providing updates.
- Advise senior leadership on developments and action plans, setting expectations for solving and resolution.
- Analyze data to produce strategic recommendations and proactively address systemic issues.
- Collaborate with peers and work cross-functionally with Support and Engineering teams to drive results.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of industry relevant experience with proven leadership and/or technical support experience.
- Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas efficiently with customers and engineering teams.
- Strong critical thinking, decision making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Confirmed knowledge of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Escalation, Problem primarily).
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Google suite.
Salary Estimate:
$120,000 - $160,000 per annum based on location and experience.
