Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute all marketing campaigns to promote our real estate listings
  • Coordinate marketing bookings and materials, including proofreading and editing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, including contact and calendar management
  • Book photography and update brochures and sign boards
  • Process invoices and marketing schedules
  • Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and buyers
  • Process management agreements and lead campaigns
  • Update the CRM and complete data entry
  • Prepare reports and conduct market research and comparable analysis
  • Maintain a professional and presentable office environment
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
