About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at AMP - General. As a key member of our marketing function, you will play a critical role in developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies across Personal Banking, Small Business Banking, and Home Lending channels.
  • Design and manage customer lifecycle marketing programs to enhance customer engagement, recognition, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new customer expansion and retention opportunities.
  • Build effective partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across channels.
  • Preferably Banking sector experience, specifically in Personal and Small Business Banking.
  • Experience in designing marketing programs delivered through Adobe suite.
  • Customer journey mapping experience required, with service design experience ideal.
  • Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels, and platforms.
