About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Designer to join our Marketing team at AMP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital collateral that includes concepting and creating digital content for marketing, advertising, social media, events, and both internal and external communications for AMP Enterprise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with AMP's segment strategy.
  • Design and create digital content for social media, events, and internal communications.
  • Provide creative solutions to solve business problems and thrive in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and engaging.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience working in an agency or in-house setting, preferably in financial services.
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Digital Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong experience working across social channels and designing for digital platforms.
  • Understanding of the regulatory and compliance regime for financial services.
