About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

Your primary objective will be to complete accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles in a timely manner. You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers whilst interacting with a range of people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quote vehicles within agreed timeframes and in accordance with average repair cost targets and industry standards
  • Process vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with suppliers to authorise additional work as required
  • Assist with production management of the centre where needed
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their original condition
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers
Requirements
  • Proven experience within a similar position in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Experience with AudaNet would be highly desirable
  • Ibody experience is an advantage but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly professional and personable attitude
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excel is an advantage but not a necessity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to working safely
