Claims Service Role Overview

This opportunity has become available to manage claims from commencement to completion, liaising with insured parties via email and phone to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Claims Service Position
  • Manage claims end-to-end.
  • Update claim information in internal systems.
  • Communicate with clients according to standards.
  • Provide detailed, accurate and timely information to subcontractors for quality service.
  • Ensure best practice customer service at all times.
  • Complete reporting in accordance with client service level agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for helping people.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to adhere to guidelines and KPIs.
