This opportunity has become available to manage claims from commencement to completion, liaising with insured parties via email and phone to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Claims Service Position- Manage claims end-to-end.
- Update claim information in internal systems.
- Communicate with clients according to standards.
- Provide detailed, accurate and timely information to subcontractors for quality service.
- Ensure best practice customer service at all times.
- Complete reporting in accordance with client service level agreements.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
