Business Development Specialist

Transformative Role at ShiftCare: We're seeking a driven Business Development Representative to spearhead our ANZ region expansion.
About the Opportunity:
As a Business Development Representative at ShiftCare, you'll be instrumental in driving growth by engaging with small to mid-size companies. Your primary mission will be to conduct outbound activities, including phone calls, emails, and other means, to qualify leads, book demos for our Business Development team, and close sales independently. You'll also collaborate on outbound campaigns with our Marketing team to make a direct impact on our expansion.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound activities to identify and qualify potential leads for ShiftCare.
- Demo Booking: Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with our Account Executive team.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team on outbound campaigns to enhance our market presence.
- Relationship Building: Establish and foster relationships with prospects, leveraging both existing and new connections.
Requirements:
We're looking for proactive professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Outbound Business Development Representative role. You should have prior experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies, be a strategic thinker who can build and maintain an accurate lead pipeline, and possess excellent time management skills. A commitment to achieving and exceeding goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is essential.
