Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team in Australia (Remote). As a key member of our Procurement team, you'll be responsible for leading Insource-Outsource Programs, guiding RFX's, Contract Negotiations, and implementing category strategies across various business groups.
Responsibilities:- Lead complex procurement initiatives, driving strategic sourcing and negotiation processes to achieve optimal results.
- Develop and execute category plans, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement procurement solutions that meet business needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues as needed.
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, with a focus on category management.
- Proven track record of delivering results through strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$160,000 per annum, based on experience.
