As a Case Officer, you'll play a vital role in our Medical Information Exchange Department, working closely with healthcare providers and clients to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information with speed, simplicity, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely action on caseloads as per our service level agreements
  • Liaise with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients
  • Write accurate case notes in our medEbridge platform
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships between clients and UHG
  • Perform data entry and ad hoc administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts effectively
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge or understanding of healthcare practices, particularly in injury rehabilitation or legal/insurance sectors (an advantage but not essential)
