About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to provide essential operational support to our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for managing our reception area, handling switchboard duties, and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front of house reception, including oversight of the switchboard, visitor registration, and tradespeople/couriers
  • Oversight of meetings, room bookings, and catering (supported by EAs)
  • Manage office access cards
  • Provide day-to-day office services support, including kitchen and office maintenance, courier services, and mailroom administration
  • Admin support for raising POs and processing invoices
  • Liaise with Building Management on office maintenance
  • Support office events, such as monthly birthdays and employee health checks
  • Assist with office campaigns and projects, including distributing staff product boxes and promoting team challenges
