We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to lead high-impact projects and deliver business value through the optimization of payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and implement SAP Payroll components, including wage types, schemas, and payroll rules.
- Optimize the Payroll Control Centre (PCC) to enhance payroll operations and improve efficiency.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to ensure accurate project scope.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational stability.
- Support payroll execution and troubleshoot issues in Employee Central (EC) Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Drive enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and provide training to end users.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Payroll.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll processes and legislation.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Experience in optimizing and innovating HR business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
