We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Success Factors, with expertise in payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and configure SAP Payroll components, including wage types, schemas, and payroll rules.
• Review and optimize the Payroll Control Centre (PCC) to enhance payroll operations.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational stability.
• Support payroll execution and troubleshoot issues in Employee Central (EC) Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
• Drive enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
• Provide training and develop documentation for end users.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP Success Factors, with deep expertise in payroll.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll processes and legislation.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Experience in optimizing and innovating HR business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
