SAP Employee Central Payroll Expert

A highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Specialist is sought for a contract role. As the ideal candidate, you will have expertise in delivering high-impact SAP projects with a specialization in SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and lead SAP Payroll components including wage types, schemas, and payroll rules to drive business efficiency.
- Review and optimize the Payroll Control Centre (PCC) to enhance payroll operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational stability across multiple platforms.
- Support payroll execution and troubleshoot issues in Employee Central (EC) Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll to meet organizational objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors with deep expertise in Payroll and a strong understanding of Australian payroll processes and legislation.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively to achieve business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working with payroll software such as Employee Central Payroll and advanced analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
