**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting students with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs and functional communication, as well as the ability to partner with individuals and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and align with the participant's interests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the Learning Support Team to provide comprehensive speech pathology services to students.
  • Meet participants in their community setting to work on transferable skills for everyday life.

**Qualifications & Experience**

  • Tertiary qualifications in speech pathology or related field.
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience in supporting students with AAC, such as LAMP or TouchChat.
  • Current driver's licence and use of own vehicle for business purposes.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate.
