Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Diverse Learning team as an Educational Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Educational Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our experienced teachers to provide exceptional support to students across Years 5-12 with additional learning needs.

You will be responsible for providing practical assistance to support the learning of students with learning difficulties in and out of the classroom environment, delivering small group academic support through targeted courses, and assisting with general administration duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

* A suitable level of experience or qualifications in Education Support

* Experience in the delivery of MultiLit programs (preferred)

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
