Build Innovative Casino Games: Design and develop engaging, robust game engines and features, blending creativity with technical mastery.
Solve Complex Technical Challenges: Work on performance-critical systems including real-time state synchronisation, game math engines, and multiplayer scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable, high-performance game systems that deliver engaging real-time casino experiences.
Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend engineers to bring new game concepts to life, from prototypes through to production.
Optimise game logic, animations, and rendering performance for seamless player experiences across devices.
Build and maintain math engines, RNG integration, and payout logic with accuracy and compliance in mind.
Provide technical leadership — guide, mentor, and level up fellow engineers.
Ensure quality, reliability, and scalability through code reviews, performance profiling, and automated testing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in game development (casino, casual, or AAA).
Strong skills in game frameworks and engines (e.g., Pixi.js, Phaser, Unity, Cocos2d, or custom engines).
Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or C++, with strong fundamentals in algorithms, networking, and performance optimization.
Experience with real-time systems, multiplayer synchronisation, and state management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to balance technical tradeoffs in game design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
