This role is crucial in safeguarding vulnerable customers, promoting responsible gaming, and leading a team of analysts by implementing processes and procedures aligned with responsible gaming policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of responsible gaming analysts
  • Allocate tasks and ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct quality assessment reviews on responsible gaming analysts
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Assist with training relevant stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis
  • Conduct performance reviews, and individual coaching to ensure continuous improvement
  • Escalate queries pertaining to responsible gaming
  • Monitor exception reporting
  • Sign-off high-risk responsible gaming tasks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote responsible gaming initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Responsible Gaming leadership/Responsible Gaming coaching role
  • Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous (Ontario, Italy, LATAM etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and departments
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Proficient in English both verbal and written (second language advantageous)
