About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at adidas. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a slick, organized stockroom ready for game time.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records and movement between stores.
- Lead smooth product flow to and from the sales floor for a championship-level customer experience.
- Coach your team on store operations so everyone is aligned and performing at their best.
- Drive sales opportunities by getting the hottest products onto the floor quickly and efficiently.
- Be the MVP of stockroom operations by receiving deliveries accurately and on time.
Purpose & Impact on the Brand
- Take ownership of your store's sales and KPI targets—know them, show them, and hit them.
- Maintain a top-notch stockroom environment with all essentials on hand.
- Uphold safety and store policies to keep everyone safe and productive.
- Spot areas for improvement and share your ideas with store management to push us forward.
Requirements
- At least 6 months in a fast-paced sports or fashion retail environment, with hands-on experience in selling and strong industry know-how.
- Strong verbal communication skills and basic numeracy—enough to ace stock tracking and customer interactions.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
