Job Overview

This is a logistics administrator role based in Melbourne, responsible for coordinating and fulfilling outbound orders, replenishing inbound stock, and ensuring stock alignment and interface reconciliation across multiple CRM systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The end-to-end processing of all outbound logistics for the APAC region will be handled by the incumbent.
  • Inbound shipments are received and restocked in the warehouse as part of the job responsibilities.
  • The incumbent must ensure that all relevant exportation documentation is issued and shipments comply with dangerous goods regulations.
  • Maintaining excellent inventory management controls to ensure low stocktake variance through regular stocktakes and SKU replenishment is a key responsibility.
  • The receipt and servicing of returns shipments from customers who have deemed them faulty are part of the job.
  • New hardware is staged and tested before dispatch to customers as part of the logistics operations.
  • The incumbent must coordinate with the hardware team to return faulty units to the factory, ensuring items are properly packed and labelled.
  • Supporting other regions with stock transfer requests is also a part of the job.
  • The incumbent must work effectively with other internal departments to provide regional logistics information.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations is required.
  • An exceptional team player with a positive attitude and drive to learn new things is essential.
  • High attention to detail, self-motivation, and determination to work to deadlines are necessary skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar warehouse management system (WMS) would be an advantage.
